Lack of giving in to outside pressures. I think thru things much quicker, by deciding if I truly need....I try to make it an honest decision. I investigate anything that catches my interest. Big or small.. .I'm realizing I'm interested in many new things..and giving myself a chance to check things our. I volunteer, I substitute, I teach acting online. I spread them out over each week, because I choose to do these activities for me and others.
How do you stay fabulous?I'm a closet fashionista....I design some clothes...try to make them....sometimes successful, and sometimes not- hilarious results. I study makeup utubes, and try new products. I threw myself a tea party for my 72nd birthday...catered by a good friend in her backyard. All my guests wore hats and gloves....it was lovely. Ideas pop into my head usually while reading, and I make a plan. I do local activities, visit interesting places, and once a week, I go dancing...by myself...to a small club.
What would you do with the $40,000?Invest in me....a few classes at a community College, pay down bills, and start the process of looking for a house to buy. It would be a huge first step.
