I am actually Over 60! I enjoy my Life. I stay busy doing things that make me Happy. I do my best to bring Joy to others.

The Wisdom that comes from aging. If you learn your lessons as you age life becomes easier to navigate. It also becomes easier to maintain your serenity in what can be challenging and/or unmanageable scenarios. Scenes have a way of playing over and over just as history repeats itself. Age can make you more gracious in the way you handle situations concerning family and friends and even in your dealings concerning work.
How do you stay fabulous?I believe in a Fitness routine. Highlighting Health and Wellness. I incorporate different modalities... from Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates to Cardio and Weights training. I believe a Strong Body can result in a Strong Mind and Spirit. I've always had a good appetite. So, I try to stay within a weight range for myself that I feel good at. I enjoy spending time with my friends and exploring the world through travel.
What would you do with the $40,000?I might first have to take care of some debt I have... then I would invest in some educational pursuits I have been interested in to expand my knowledge. i.e. Kundalini Yoga and other forms of Tai Chi. I presently teach "Song" style. I am an instructor and would like to expand into creating my own class syllabus at different communities. Exploring more of the Subtle Body benefits to decrease anxiety and for better balance physically and mentally. Use it to reflect on my best path.
