Overwhelming sense of confidence, self worth and self love. I feel I just get better and better, being 51 feels every bit as good as 25 did. Freedom to do whatever I choose, the confidence to do things outside my comfort zone !
How do you stay fabulous?My faith in God, I exercise 4-5 times per week ( mainly weight training) , sleep as much as possible, eat high protein diet, drink lots of water, take supplements daily, regular dr check ups, regular skin care routine, I prioritize my mental health. Do the things that make me very happy like helping those less fortunate, supporting others in need. Traveling and new experiences feed my soul!
What would you do with the $40,000?Surprise my niece and nephews w/early Christmas presents. A donation to my favorite charity, and continue to work towards my 2024/2025 business goals to grow and expand my brands !
