I love that I am comfortable in my own skin. That I have the wisdom to pass on to the next generation and the best part is that nobody believes I am over 40! I have had people ask to look at my license to prove I wasn’t lying.
How do you stay fabulous?I eat healthy and nutritious meals, exercise, stay on top of hormone balance and take time for myself. I also believe it is important to have a healthy mind. I do this by meditating and always having goals and expanding my education.
What would you do with the $40,000?I want to open up a burn Bootcamp to help and inspire other men and women to live the lives they dream about and to look and feel good doing it!
