As I am about to embark on my 50th and fabulous in just a couple of weeks I realize being healthy mentally as well as physically is the key.

Being an ABSOLUTE FABULOUS woman over 40, I find myself being unapologetic for the choices I make in my life. I let my yes' be yes' and my no's be NO's... For so long, my younger self would toil over past mistakes, labeling the unfavorable outcomes of my life as regrets... thinking; "If only..." However, I've found these so-called 'regrets' are not necessarily negative. They're some of the building blocks of what make me, ME! It's been a journey to get to the person I've become. And Im proud.
How do you stay fabulous?I try to keep a positive frame of mind. And even though some days are better than others, EVERYDAY, before my feet touches the floor, I give honor and thanks to be alive and in sound mind and body. I try to practice positive words of affirmations before I even look in the mirror. It helps to reinforce that I'm just as fabulous on the inside as well as out.
What would you do with the $40,000?Oh my goodness. With the economy as brutal as it is the money would definitely be the answer to my prayers for housing for my son and I. I would also pay off my bills, and buy a good reliable car. I would learn to seek alternative ways to invest for the future. AND THEN.. Go On A Much Needed Vacation and a Shopping Spree! I'm too FABULOUS not to have some fun!!☺️
