How do you stay fabulous?Be the sunshine! I like to put a smile on someones face everyday, I walk in the morning, exercise, eat healthy get facials and massages, read books on neuroscience, intermittent fasting, cold water therapy,keep in contact with friends, volunteer, family bonding, weekend road trips, learning new hobbies is a must and be mindful!
What would you do with the $40,000?I would donate to shelters and mental health facilities, invest in my daughters future ( college ) Help families in north Carolina recover from the storm
