What makes me fabulous over forty is changing careers at 55. I obtained my real estate license and am excited for the challenges ahead.

How do you stay fabulous?I try to stay active and eat healthy. A positive attitude goes a long way. No matter how you feel, get up, dress up , show up and never give up. When you look the part , you feel the part. Never forget to treat yourself. Self care is essential to your mind and spirit.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would help my daughter pay for her wedding in June 2025, pay off some bills and take a fabulous vacation to Italy with my husband for our 30th wedding anniversary.
