40 was a weird number that I had to get over when that Birthday came but now that it is here and gone I would say 40 is AMAZING! I have more confidence in myself, my career, and my goals. 40 really is the new 20….30 lol
How do you stay fabulous?Stay active! Lots of water! Eat protein and MOVE! You just gotta make sure you move. Whatever occupation you have you just have to make sure you move and try to eat good. Splurge every now and then but try to maintain a good diet. Working from home has definitely tested me but if you keep moving and try to stay active you can do it! A pair of dumbbells and a few bands saved me during Covid and I kept at it.
What would you do with the $40,000?If I won 40k, I would totally put some towards my kids college fund or future funds with whatever they want to do in life however I strongly believe in helping those who don’t have much so a donation towards a charity seems about right :)
