Being over 40 is PHENOMENAL! I’ve found an empowering sense of self confidence + such compassion from life experiences. It truly gives way to a whole new world when you let go of opinions and chase your dreams!
How do you stay fabulous?I maintain fabulous with the strength+ balance of wellness pillars; nutrition, movement, sleep+stress management. I love dancing in the kitchen while meal prepping, coaching youth to adaptive classes in my gym, laughing as often as possible, and lifting others up as many times as I’m able.
What would you do with the $40,000?Improve our current fitness facility+create an angel fund for adaptive clients with medical concerns who want to look + feel their best! Advocate for vulnerable populations from youth to chronically ill to create generational health. More wellness classes at our gym+ incorporate meal prep into sessions in the hopes of igniting the flames of wellness +preventing adult disease states. Pay it forward to create more fabulous 40 yr olds!
