Sole parent of twin 11 year old girls. I try to set a fabulous example for my ladies, working hard to support them, while keeping fit.

I love the confidence and self-assuredness that I stepped into over the age of 40! I know what’s right and wrong for me, and I follow those guide-rails regardless of prevailing winds to the contrary - and that feels great! At the end of the day, I have to look myself in the mirror and be comfortable with the person I see there, and at long last, I do.
How do you stay fabulous?I focus on sleeping at least 7 hours a night (under 40, if I got 5 hours of sleep a night, I was being kind to myself), I exercise 6 days a week, I target 10,000+ steps/day, I use sunscreen like it’s my religion and I am careful about what I eat, drink and put on my body. I work beyond full time in a demanding industry (investment banking), so the stronger and healthier I am, the more able I am to bring my A game to both my work and my home front.
What would you do with the $40,000?I’d split it between my twin daughters respective college funds!
