The beautiful thing about these years in life is that I feel I have had a plethora of experience that help me know what to cherish but also what to let go of. It’s a spot where, if I’m one of the lucky ones, I can use that to have a fulfilling future as well, for myself and my family. This age feels like freedom for me for these reasons.
How do you stay fabulous?With this question I looked up the word fabulous. It is defined as extraordinary, tremendous and excellent. Probably a way I try to embody this is to be myself and to push who that is to provide fulfilment for myself. Caring for others, leaning into creativity, setting goals and enjoying simple luxuries would have me feeling this way.
What would you do with the $40,000?$40,000 is a generous prize! I would be so grateful for it. As the saying goes, we shouldn’t put all the eggs in one basket. I think creating memories in the form of a trip for my partner, our kids and I would be a good start. After that, some investment and some charity would round out the usefulness of the prize.
