I am the best me ever. I have grown into myself and released limiting beliefs about age. I put myself first. It’s all about the upgrade.

I think that being over 40, most of us have a different perspective and priority as far as identity, confidence, and appreciation. Everyone says "If I knew then what I know now..." And -well it's true! When we are younger sometimes it's confusing of what should take priority your life and potential for growth. I feel like life is a lesson and have never gotten "stuck". I always continuegrow, and think outside of the box. In fact I've sent that box to be recycled. Love life!
How do you stay fabulous?I believe in exercise and meditation every day. I have to make time for myself, and am a trained dancer, and I walk, ride my stationary bike, do mat pilates, etc. Get out, get physical-sweat! And calm my mind with breathe work. I am diligent about my diet and skin care. I do not eat sugar, carbs under 30g, and eliminate processed foods. For skin I make up a lot of my own serums, do facial massage, and see a HI Frequency wand. And I work on my vibration real beauty comes from within
What would you do with the $40,000?Travel to Europe, put some towards a downpayment on a house, and donate DV victims.
