How do you stay fabulous?Staying fabulous over 40 involves balancing a dynamic career, parenting, and caring for my rescue pup. I prioritize self-care through mindfulness practices and travel, which rejuvenate my spirit. My passion for helping others keeps me grounded and fulfilled. Surrounded by a supportive tribe of women, I embrace the confidence and wisdom that come with age, while continually learning and growing. This holistic approach ensures I thrive in every aspect of my life.
What would you do with the $40,000?With $40,000 I could make a significant impact! I would look at furthering my education in areas where I could counsel and mentor other women, support more rescue and childrens organizations and plan enriching travel experiences for my family and my tribe (girls trip!) I would set aside some for a mindfulness retreat to enhance my well-being.
