I’m actually 60, Just living and loving my life, acting in plays, writing and creating! On Tuesdays I volunteer my time. 4 kids, 5 grands.
We would like to thank you for supporting Laura Dotson in this year's competition. Your support helps us contribute to the National Breast Cancer Foundation who provides early detection, education, and support services to those affected by breast cancer.
Definitely traveling, being retired and able to do anything from sleeping in late, staying up all night watching scary movies and doing things with my children and grandchildren! Most of all! Freedom to do, be and create! Fabulous over 59!! That’s me!
How do you stay fabulous?I’ve cut gluten and carbs from my diet, keeping an active life, some exercise, mostly walking and always, always keeping my mind sharp. My grandma lived to be 100, read, knitted and did the Washington Post crossword every day. On Tuesdays, I volunteer at an assisted living center here in town, we paint, share stories and I love them! My youngest daughter has Down Syndrome, she’s taught me to be humble, grateful, blessed and young! Age is just a number!
What would you do with the $40,000?I’d probably save a bit of it for the kids, Go and buy something for my friends at the assisted living center, Get my books on audible and donate to an orphanage here in a Tennessee!
