One of the things I love most about being over 40 is the sense of self-assurance that has come with age. How do you stay fabulous?"Staying fabulous is all about balance! I make sure to nurture my mind, body, and soul every day. For my mind, I stay curious, keep learning, and try to embrace a positive mindset. For my body, I prioritize a healthy diet, regular exercise, and enough rest. And for my soul? I surround myself with uplifting people, practice gratitude, and take time for things I love. Ultimately, staying fabulous is about confidence and embracing what makes you unique!"
