What I love about being over 40 is the ability to call my own shots and the opportunity to utilize the knowledge from previous experiences.
How do you stay fabulous?I can't say that I have a personal goal to stay fabulous. But, I have made a huge turn toward practicing self-care on the mental and physical sides of my life, including my health and wellness, spiritual, relaxation, exercise and affirming positivity in my life.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would put a portion of these funds to my continued self-care goals and the remainder toward empowering women with entrepreneur guidance, self-care and co-dependency coaching and age management.
