What makes me fabulous over 40 is the journey that shaped me. I’ve overcome battles that could have broken me, but instead, they refined me.

What I love about being over 40 is the deep sense of self-awareness and freedom that comes with this stage of life. I’ve grown into a woman who knows her worth, and I no longer chase validation from others. Over 40, I embrace my experiences—the good and the bad—because they’ve shaped me into someone stronger, wiser, and more resilient. I love that I can confidently set boundaries, walk in my purpose, and pursue what truly brings me joy without hesitation. My priorities are clearer.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by staying true to myself, embracing my journey, and walking confidently in my purpose. I’ve learned to prioritize self-care, spiritually, mentally, and physically, knowing that I can’t pour from an empty cup. Staying fabulous means nurturing my faith, keeping my connection with God at the center of everything I do. I surround myself with positive, like-minded people who uplift and inspire me. I continue to grow by setting new goals, pursuing my passions, and never settling.
What would you do with the $40,000?If I won $40,000 in the Fabulous over 40 contest, I would invest it into the things that align with my purpose and passion. First, I’d sow a portion into my ministry, Girl, Give Me Your Hand, to expand its outreach and empower even more women. I’d also invest in Giving Hearts Home Care and my other business ventures to further their growth and community impact. Part of it would go toward self-care and personal development, ensuring that I continue to grow spiritually and mentally.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Fab Over 40, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
