I love being over 40 because at this stage in my life I have been able to do a lot of self discovery. I have so much clarity about my future. I have learned a lot from previous mistakes while experiencing tremendous growth through them. I’m incredibly grateful for family, long lasting friendships and every blessing that is bestowed upon me. I am stronger spiritually and embrace the simple pleasures of life. I understand the greatness of grace and forgiveness. Life is truly what you make it.
How do you stay fabulous?I enjoy life! My mantra is live life now! Each day we receive is a blessing so I make the very best of each day! I love to laugh, dance, exercise, walk, cook and entertain family and friends. I’m constantly pursuing ways to live a healthy lifestyle. I practice self care through traveling for relaxation, massages, facials, prayer, meditation journaling and self reflection. I do quarterly detoxing and I love exploring home remedies over pharmaceuticals. I listen to my body and get the proper rest.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would establish a fund to leave a legacy for my grandchildren to be used for collegiate education, homeownership and entrepreneurship. I would also create a fund to help women pursue entrepreneurship and receive financial education to become proficient in personal money management.
