As a founder of a fem-tech company, I gained invaluable insights into health solutions tailored for women like us. This experience motivated me to prioritize my health and well-being like never before. I’ve learned to advocate for myself, connect with a supportive community, and embrace this phase of life with passion.
How do you stay fabulous?Staying fabulous begins with passion and embracing the idea that self-care isn’t selfish. I invest in myself through girls' trips, spa days, weekly yoga, and tennis, all of which help me feel stronger and healthier than ever. This commitment to my well-being has fostered a confident voice—I’m unafraid to share my opinions. I’ve developed a sense of humor, feel beautiful, and carry a self-worth that eluded me in my 20s and 30s. By prioritizing joy and health, I am more vibrant than ever!
What would you do with the $40,000?If I had $40,000, I would fund our Sweat Dreams Campaign at LUSOMÉ. This initiative donates care packages filled with pajamas and essentials to courageous women in emergency shelters who have made the brave choice to leave abusive partners. Each package offers comfort and support during a difficult time, reminding these women that they are not alone. By investing in their well-being, we can help them reclaim their strength and dignity. This funding would provide hope to those who need it most.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Fab Over 40, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
