In your 40s you have had more time to go through challenging experiences. This has allowed me to have the perseverance and strength to go through whatever life throws at me. It has enabled me to be stronger and enjoy the little things in life better which you might not if you hadn’t.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by being both consistent and dedicated. Regardless of how busy I am with my career, I have always made quality time to include both fitness and meditation in my life. It has allowed me to be more successful at my career. I also have made a point to put time aside for my partner so that we can keep connected and enjoy our passion of travelling together. Experiencing and learning about different cultures has always been important to me.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would start my “dream” business of becoming a personal trainer with my own studio. I would love the opportunity to be able to pursue my hobby, my passion of fitness as a career. I have done competitive CrossFit as well as many other avenues of fitness over the past 10 years. It has allowed me to become stronger mentally and physically. I would love the opportunity to change other peoples lives as well.
