How do you stay fabulous?"I stay fabulous after 40 by embracing a balanced life as a mom and gym owner. Prioritizing self-care is key—I carve out time for fitness, which not only keeps me physically strong but also boosts my mental well-being. I focus on nurturing my relationships, creating joyful moments with my family, and supporting my partner. Additionally, I invest in my personal growth through ongoing learning and challenges, which fuels my passion for life and keeps me vibrant and engaged in everything I do.
What would you do with the $40,000?If I won $40,000, I’d expand Lana’s BarBelles by increasing capacity, hiring more trainers, or adding new services like post-rehabilitation fitness. To support my community after Hurricane Helene, I’d offer free or discounted classes, create a relief fund for those affected, and partner with local businesses for charity events. I’d also host women’s health workshops and consider setting up mobile fitness centers for people unable to access regular gyms due to the devastation.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Fab Over 40, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
