I love that as women over 40, we become comfortable and confident in our own skin. We realize what’s important in life and stop sweating the small stuff. We become more uplifting to each other.
How do you stay fabulous?It’s work!! Exercise 5 days per week, eating the best I can, sleeping 7-8 hours. Water is essential. Reading and learning never stops. Spending time with those you love will give you a glow!
What would you do with the $40,000?I would donate some. Mental health and suicide prevention are important to me. I’m sure I will visit the beach too!
