At 55, I live life to the fullest. I’ve had a two great careers in law enforcement & as a security director and I take nothing for granted.

I am finally completely in love with the person I’ve become. I’ve grown so much as a person at this age through so many countless life lessons and blessings. Each experience in my life, whether good or bad has taught me to have so much empathy for all women from so many various backgrounds. I believe if we support each other, we create a better world for our daughters and every woman that walks in the trail we blazed.
How do you stay fabulous?My self-care routine includes proper sleep, attempting to de-stress life when I can, and focusing on my mental health through meditation, and anything that promotes calmness.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would create an organization that focused on the total well being of working women; mental health, education, access to health care, spiritual care and rewarding retreats.
