I think being over 40 it is the best age ever! I'm more mature, im focused on myself and my health. Exercise is my best friend ❤️

How do you stay fabulous?I don't stay angry ever for more than few minutes I live life like it's the last day of my life. I hug and love my family everyday, I tell them I love them everyday. I laugh a lot and exercise everyday if I can or walk... live long walks :)
