Honestly I’d have to say the maturity. The wisdom. The self love. For me being 40, it’s a milestone. One I’m happy to have reached. I think back over my life and I can honestly say I’m proud of me, I love me. 40 is peaceful.
How do you stay fabulous?One thing I learned from my grandmother, who btw was fabulous, ‘You look good, you feel good’. One thing I learned,’You feel good, you look good”. I like to put effort into my style, my hair, mental health,and self love! Style is an expression of who we are. I don’t think we should hide that. In our homes, our work spaces or our looks. Staying fabulous is spreading happiness and love and kindness. Being positive and helping others do the same.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would definitely put some into my salon. After a 4.5 year break, I went back behind the chair in April. I have a small suite and I’ve been decorating as I go along. Also my home could definitely use some upgrades. I would also like to make a donation to our elementary/jr high school. My son attended from PreK to 8th grade, he’s now a junior in Highschool. My daughter has been there since pre-k and is graduation 8th grade this year. It has been a great school and I’d like to extend my gratitude
