I have never felt more myself than in this era! I am educated, happily married as well as a mother and grandmother. I have lost over 110+ pounds and feel more comfortable in my skin than I ever did in my 20s. I have a business I run with my husband and work from home during the day as a Counselor for a popular online platform. My days are consumed with love, growth and cultivating this for others.
How do you stay fabulous?Eating right and exercise is super essential! I could have never imagined myself saying this 10 years ago, even! Also taking moments of self-care, whether it be a good book, travel, a glass of wine, laughter with friends and family or helping others! I love my career path as a Licensed Professional Counselor and being able to help lift others up.
