With age comes confidence, wisdom, and caring less about others' opinions. But what's most striking is a sense of newness. I'm feeling emotions more deeply and have a clear vision for the next chapter of my life. Things are shifting in exciting ways—I'm more patient, focused on health, and connected to my community. Surprisingly, I've also developed a deep love for birdwatching, something I never expected! Life at this stage feels richer and more fulfilling.
How do you stay fabulous?The key is self-love, strong boundaries, future planning, and community. I feel most fabulous when I balance productivity, healthy eating, yoga, meditation, time with loved ones, and the occasional martini. As I’ve gotten older, having a sense of purpose and helping others has become vital to feeling my best. And yes, Botox helps too!
What would you do with the $40,000?I’m at a turning point in my career, with my current position shifting at the end of the year. After 15 amazing years in the wine business, I’m using this opportunity to change focus entirely. I’ve always wanted to blend my passions, and now feels like the right time to start my own business. I’d take that leap and invest in my next act—it’s a big risk, but I’m ready for it!
