I didn’t love being over 40 at first. Losing my mother at 13, I had no one to ask is this normal? Is it all down hill from here? I educated myself, read accredited articles, found a great female Dr. and worked on me. Everyday that I wake up is a blessing and I share my life experiences and what I have gone through to get where I’m at today. If by sharing helps another daughter, mother, wife, sister, friend, or loved one, then this is what makes me love being over 40.
How do you stay fabulous?I wake up early and by early I mean 4:30 A.M. and get to the gym. Good endorphins are the way to a great day. It keeps my mind and spirit alive. When your accomplishments start this early, then half the battle is won. Maintaining a healthy work/home life paves the way for inner beauty that shines through.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would pay off a few bills and then donate to one of my charities that is close to my heart. I would also give back to my father who has worked his whole life to make sure that his kids were always taken care of, no matter the circumstances.
