I'm a hard working single mom, trying to put my son though college. I rarely get a chance to do for me, my son comes first. The spa alone.

Finally having a great career, getting a stable life. Looking to buy my first house. Being over 40 is great I have learned I don't need others to enjoy my spare time. I have learned the value of my tme and space. Have been able to travel, set and accomplish goals.
How do you stay fabulous?My job is very physical so it helps me keep in some shape 😆. I make sure I take the time to do the things I love, like painting and photography. I am a nature lover so I keep myself grounded with good energy and positive vibes.
What would you do with the $40,000?This would be a game changer for my son and I. I would be able to up the anti of our house hunt. I would use 30k for a nice down payment on a house and would love to do some travel time with my son. My job is very demanding I work rotating shifts so I only get a long weekend 1x a month. It would be great to be free from the PPE as I say. I have struggled most of my life without help from others. It would be a blessing to be blessed 🙌. Another major thing I would do is invest in a amazing camera
