I love being 40 because I know who I am now more than ever—emotionally, physically, and spiritually. In my younger years, I was still discovering myself, but now, things are clearer. I’ve gained confidence in the life I want to live and how I want to show up in the world. I’m more intentional, grounded, and aligned with my values. As a woman, I embrace my journey, standing tall in my truth, and showing up fully for others with wisdom, authenticity, and grace.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by nourishing my body and soul with the best. I visit weekly farmers markets for clean, organic food and local, farm-raised meat. I move my body with yoga, somatic healing, and my home gym set, keeping me strong and centered. Daily walks with my three tiny dogs bring me joy and fresh air, and I make it a point to laugh a lot every day. This balance of movement, mindfulness, and healthy living keeps me energized, radiant, and ready to take on the world!
What would you do with the $40,000?If I won $40K, I’d use it to create a fresh start. Since I’m just starting life on my own again, I’d invest in getting my own home, allowing me to return to one of my passions—growing my own garden. With a cozy, sustainable space and a flourishing garden, I’d feel grounded and independent. I’d also establish some investments, as I currently don’t have a retirement plan yet, ensuring a secure future while still enjoying the present. It’s all about building a life I truly love!
