The self confidence and awareness you gain. I overcame a very dark time in my life when I turned 40. I had to have a hysterectomy and couldn't have children. That led me to a bit of a spiral. The perseverance I had allowed me to overcome this difficult time. I know myself, I would not have been able to fight the way I did if I were in my 30s. 40 is my Phoenix era.
How do you stay fabulous?It's important for self care. To me that means a weekend away, alone time with my Fluffs, time with my friends, spa treatments anywhere from at home facials, baths, to a massage. I love organizing charity and community work anywhere from sock drives for homeless, school supplies collections, toys for tots, and cancer awareness.
What would you do with the $40,000?Pay off my dogs (my baby) 2 ACL surgeries, plan my dream trip to Europe to visit Holiday markets, splurge on my family and friends, donate to fight breast cancer, my mother had a double masectomy, as did 2 close friends.
