I am 60 years old. I try to stay active and drink a lot of water. I believe in taking care of your whole self. I stay connected to God.

Receive Text UpdatesWhat I love about being over 40 is my life experiences good and bad. I am a Christian woman who values God and family. The peace, joy and self acceptance that happens after 40 is life changing . I learned how important it is to take care of myself emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually. I have learned to be present in the moment and enjoy moments making memories with the people I love. I cherish the times I can teach others and share wisdom.
How do you stay fabulous?I spend time with God through his word and worship on a daily basis. I exercise 2-3 days a week. I eat healthy 80% of the time. I drink a lot of water. I moisturize my entire body daily. I take care of my body inside and out-my whole being. I hold tight to joy and laughter. I try not to worry about the small things. I care about people and enjoy helping whenever and wherever I can.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would love to take my family to Italy/my heritage and explore the cities. That would be a dream. With the rest of the winnings I would put away for retirement.
