I just turned 40 and feeling fabulous. I feel great, content, confident, alive, blessed, ecstatic and healthy.

I love that I can say, I have found this newfound confidence and understanding of what is important in my life. I know what makes me happy and the importance of being healthy. I am so grateful to be where I’m at today. So blessed with my career, the growth and accomplishments I have achieved to date. I feel young at heart. I am a mother and I couldn’t be more accomplished on this earth. It has provided me a sense of purpose and I still have all the energy in the world.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay hydrated, exercise, eat healthy, meditate, manage stress by laughing more, practicing being kind to myself, and getting as much sleep as I can, when I can. It’s all about embracing the richness of life’s changes with confidence, grace and spontaneous adventures.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would save, invest, treat myself and indulge a little and put some of it in my daughter’s college fund.
