The wisdom that comes from age and experience. I love the fact that being over 40 allows me to have had a circle of people with whom I’ve been friends for 30 years.
How do you stay fabulous?I enjoy walking my dog, hot yoga, and gardening. I have an immune deficiency for which I do infusions once a week. I used to push and push and push myself to where I would get sick or exhausted. I’ve learned to listen to my body and rest when needed.
What would you do with the $40,000?Pay off debts. I also dream of traveling back to England. It’s been 20 years since I was last there. I studied abroad in England one year during my undergraduate studies, and it means so very much to me!
