Learning to love myself and put myself first. I always put everyone else before me even my animals, when I hit 50 that changed.

As a teenage mother to 2 of my 3 children and to see them as adults and after the trauma and struggles I went through to have 3 wonderful, well rounded, hard working children pleases me and makes me proud not only of them but myself. After 40, I was ready to focus on what i wanted in life. After a divorce, I continued to move forward and strive for excellence. I love being over 40 and can't wait what other accomplishments and great things come next in this great life!
How do you stay fabulous?By pampering myself now and then, as I love getting my nails done and scheduling a day at the spa for my hair, brows and massages. I always make time for friends, family and most importantly my grandkids. I pay it forward when I can and provide for my mother that lives with me. Taking care of yourself is not just pampering, but it takes self care, making sure my physical and emotional well being is being met and practice self compassion! That's how I stay fabulous!
What would you do with the $40,000?I would plan a family vacation with all my kids, step kids, and grandkids. Spending the money on a family vacation and having everyone together to capture the memories, smiles and the fun silly times we will all have together is priceless to me and would spend more than that if needed to have this time with them. If there was any money left i would spoil myself and husband on things we want to do in and around our home.
