Knowing what I want and expect - now at 46. Challenging myself everyday looks much differently from when I was younger. Now it’s a lot of self reflection … such as WHY am I feeling what I’m feeling? Sitting with those feelings and letting them happen - but not dwelling too long and keep moving, keep busy.
How do you stay fabulous?I love getting my hair and nails done. I recently started getting my lashes done. I love waking up and my eyes are already fabulous! I try to get a pedicure regularly as well as I love keeping my flip flops out as long as possible! Making sure I stick to my weekly therapy appointment is even more important to me. I need to make sure I’m taking care of ME so I can grow and support my loved ones.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would donate some of the money to the local women’s shelter, safemonroe.org and Hapi Living, who do huge amount for abused women in my county. I’d spend time at meditation resort, focusing 100% on MY healing and recovery. The money would enable me to pay my bills and not worry about kitty care. I’d also like to take care of the village that’s been caring for me these last few months, helping me pack & move my life when I had to get a PFA, sold my home and needed to figure out the next steps.
