What I love about being over 40 is I feel more confident in my skin and who I am as a person. I know what I want and what I won’t put up with. I’m authentic and don’t have time for drama. I keep my circle of friends small and reserve my energy for meaningful relationships.
How do you stay fabulous?I exercise 2-4 times per week mostly lifting weights. I have found that my body responds better to lifting at this age! I love to spend time in nature, hiking, skiing, wake surfing and boating. I eat a balanced diet and typically don’t snack regularly. Listening to music is also a HUGE part of my daily routine! My entire career has been in Women’s Health focusing on early Breast Cancer detection.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would definitely make a reservation at a spa hotel I’ve been wanting to visit for a weekend in Leavenworth, WA. Downtime is a gift and necessity! I’d plan a relaxing family vacation and donate the rest to those facing breast cancer.
