The wisdom I have acquired from life's has created the woman I am today!! I'm proud of not only my education, but then leaving my career in Education to raise my beautiful twins and then start my own business in real estate . As a survivor of adoption, an eating disorder, domestic violence and depression, I've had the opportunity to take my life experiences and make me the best version of my self! I am no longer ashamed of my past, but in the realization that I am here to empower other woman.
How do you stay fabulous?I live by the motto of balance. I eat a nutritious and balanced diet, but make sure I don't deprive myself of guilty pleasures but in moderation. I exercise at least 4-5 times per week with a combination of strength training and cardio for ultimate benefits. I also meditate and spend time in prayer in order to show how grateful I am to our creator. I cannot leave out time with my girls. I cherish that girls brunch or night out to recharge!
What would you do with the $40,000?I have been dreaming of taking my kids on a vacation. I have fraternal twins and also have a 23 year-old that I rarely get to see because he's in college. Haven't been able to do a getaway yet with the twins so I would absolutely love to go on a vacation and spend some quality time with my family. I would also use the money to help to start my Healthy Mindset Coaching Business.
