What I love about being over 40 is the vitality and security that come from a deeper connection to my true self. This stage of life has gifted me profound wisdom and insight, allowing me to embrace challenges with grace and confidence. I’ve learned to appreciate the beauty in every moment and cultivate joy from within. I’m on a mission to age beautifully and reverse my cellular age to achieve radiance, aligning my mind, body, and spirit. I get to be a wise woman!
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by prioritizing self-care and nurturing my mind, body, and spirit through Modern Wellness. I focus on the dance between lifestyle factors, nutrition, hormones, and stress management to create a balanced and vibrant life. Embracing nutritious eating, regular exercise, and mindfulness practices like meditation and yoga keeps me grounded. I value the power of community, surrounding myself with a supportive TRIBE of like-minded women who inspire me.
What would you do with the $40,000?If I won $40k, I’d help my son achieve his dream of becoming a pilot by paying off some of his student loans, allowing him to focus on his passion. I’d also invest in expanding my women’s retreat, “The Modern Beauty Retreat,” creating immersive experiences where women uplift and inspire one another. These retreats offer healing experiences, expert guidance, and meaningful connections, giving women a roadmap to harmonize hormones, master metabolism, cultivate a radiant complexion and inner joy.
