Being a Gen X'er, it is rewarding to have been a part of a cultural shift. We have witnessed "old school" and a new generation that has cultivated a lifestyle mindset that didn't exist. Not to mention, we still look good! More than anything, I love the wisdom that I have acquired, the level of compassion and empathy that comes with growth while not being overstimulated with other people's opinions. Showing up unapologetically. I'm enjoying my life whole heartedly.
How do you stay fabulous?Self Awareness & Positive Thinking. The more you become self aware of your own habits and lifestyle, it inspires change...in a good way. You inherit wisdom, you care more for your mind, body and spirit. This leads to meditation, mindful movement, internal happiness, finding joy in every life event, surrounding myself with likeminded people, staying grounded and exploring nature! And I absolutely LOVE indulging in my simplistic skincare routine.
What would you do with the $40,000?Invest in the community and elevate in entrepreneurship. I look forward to continue showing women and girls all over the world how internal beauty is the root of everything!
