Kira Saunders

I love the wisdom I have earned from living life experiences and being able to share those with younger women who have struggled with the same challenges. As a stylist I have a captive audience where I can learn about others lives and how they too can use their story as a message. I love encouraging women to achieve success and chase their dreams by sharing the things I’ve learned and supporting all women no matter where they are in the journey.

To stay fabulous at my age I workout daily with a combination of yoga, Pilates and cardio. I stick to a healthy diet and lifestyle. Lots of water! Hydrate hydrate hydrate! I enjoy my quiet mornings of devotion and gratitude to reset my mind and soul before I get my day started. Having a good balance of career and personal growth along with family and friends is important to stay level in life.

I would use the $40k towards supporting other foundations that work with women. Helping to spread awareness of mental health and women’s empowerment in our society. I’d love to get involved with self awareness and improvement organizations to reach women that need encouragement. Investing in others while sharing my story of being Fab over 40 !
