How do you stay fabulous?“I prioritize exercise and healthy eating to hit my goals. My motto? ‘I don’t wanna work out for hours, just look like I do!’ As a coach, trainer, and Pilates teacher, I’ve cracked the code on maintaining an age-appropriate body without chasing my 20s. Staying grounded and owning who I am helps me show others how to feel great inside and out, finding joy in both body and mind.”
What would you do with the $40,000?“If I received $40,000, I’d skip the sports car and fuel my startups. I’d invest in tools to grow my ventures and set aside a portion for long-term gains. It’s all about smart moves now to create an even more fabulous future—though I might treat myself to something fun, because balance is key!”
