How do you stay fabulous?I surround myself with positive people. I am always grateful,…being a stroke survivor doesn’t define who I am but it’s not lost on how fortunate I was & still am. We eat a healthy diet, I drink lots of water, not much sodium & sugars! I love popcorn and BBque chips (low salt) for a treat. I enjoy walking our fur kids, yoga & weights. I dress so I feel confident, do my hair & makeup and smile!!
What would you do with the $40,000?I would donate to my favourite charities Ovarian Cancer Canada, Pet Rescue & a gift for our adult kids. Maybe a getaway for my husband (of 39 years) and me!!
