Why am I fabulous over 40? Well I might not know how to do everything but I definitely know how to get things done!

What I love about being over 40 is the priceless knowledge I’ve gained through life experiences. Some good some bad but life lessons just the same. Being self-aware, empathetic and confident are the best attributes a woman can have. And everyday I consider myself blessed whether it’s something new I’ve learned, helping a friend learn something from me, handling the good days and bad days and seeing real accomplishments.
How do you stay fabulous?How do I stay fabulous? Well I’d like to say honestly the technology of beauty products and services has truly been amazing! As a young girl I knew skincare was important and I unfortunately had dry skin. So I literally started a morning and night beauty regimen at 10 years old! All I had was oil of Olay and Noxema but I made it work. Now with so many options available I’m constantly educating myself on the best beauty, nutrition, skin care and fitness for me and learning as much as I can.
What would you do with the $40,000?I was married for 15 years and now sadly divorced. It’s a hard economy we live in now especially as a single woman. I work graveyard shift as a cocktail waitress in Las Vegas and it’s so hard to sleep. I wake up tired and dream of owning a cute condo someday, nothing fancy but mine. It’s been so hard to save and qualify alone. This would be such an amazing opportunity to finally have a home of my own.
