What I love about being over 40 is the clarity and confidence that comes with it. I know who I am, what truly matters, and I no longer feel the need to meet everyone else's expectations. I’ve learned to set boundaries, focus on what brings me joy, and prioritize my health and well-being. There’s a deeper appreciation for meaningful relationships, time with loved ones, and personal growth. It’s freeing to embrace my unique journey, without the distractions of comparison or chasing trends.
How do you stay fabulous?To stay fabulous, I focus on balance. I prioritize self-care through exercise, healthy eating, and proper rest. Staying active keeps my energy high, and I enjoy yoga and walks with my dog, Cooper. I cherish memories of my beloved dog, Ivan Jack. I invest in my mental health and embrace new experiences, emphasizing confidence and self-love as the foundation of feeling fabulous!
What would you do with the $40,000?With $40,000, I’d prioritize smart investments and meaningful experiences. I’d save some for the future and plan a memorable trip with Michael to explore new beach destinations. I’d also enhance my well-being by upgrading my home gym or attending a wellness retreat. Finally, I’d contribute to the Omelly Dominguez Scholarship to honor the daughter of a dear friend who tragically passed away at 21, just months before graduating with her nursing degree.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Fab Over 40, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
