Freedom! I feel like I’m back in college sometimes! I’m comfortable in my own skin, financially OK, and I’ve been through a lot of trials in my life that, having survived them, give me peace. I have learned that my happiness depends on me… not anybody else. That is very liberating, because I find that I can do pretty much what I want when I want and with whom I want. I try and find Joys in each day and I have gotten quite good at it.
How do you stay fabulous?Choosing positivity is the main thing I do. That leads me to take care of my body through exercise and eating healthy. But I also take time to cut loose and treat myself on occasion because I’m worth it. I think that getting out in nature every day is also a plus. It keeps me grounded and makes me feel like I’m 25! We don’t have a lot of control over our outward appearance as we age, other than taking care of ourselves. But if a person is beautiful on the inside, that shines through!
What would you do with the $40,000?Definitely grab a few of my gal pals and travel! I love traveling and seeing other cultures because it gives us a wonderful new perspective on our global community. It’s a great way to make beautiful memories.
