In just a few days, I will be 65 years old. I have discovered that I am living my best life through my faith, family, friends, and football!

I feel confident in my spiritual beliefs. I believe we are all one in the body of the divine. I love the joy that my children and grandchildren bring to my life. I am grateful as a single parent for the village of people who helped raise my 3 sons, including my middle son with special needs, who taught me patience, tolerance, forgiveness, and celebration of the small things. I am bringing divine love and caring to all my geriatric patients that I treat as a physical therapist.
How do you stay fabulous?I am very conscious of caring for myself at almost 65, even though most of my efforts in my life have been spent caring for others. I have recently lost 23 pounds, with more to go. I am focused on being the best mom, grandma, friend, colleague, and healer. I look forward to continued challenges and joys!
What would you do with the $40,000?I would take my 3 sons, 3 grandsons, and 2 granddaughters on a family vacation. With the remaining money, I would donate to the University of Iowa Physical Therapy Program, day programs for those with special needs and intellectual disabilities, and to programs to feed our children.
