I love the confidence & self-acceptance that comes with being over 40. I prioritize what truly matters, set healthy boundaries, and no longer seek approval from others. My relationships are deeper, I focus on my well-being, and I’ve gained the emotional resilience to handle life’s challenges. I’m more comfortable with change and appreciate the simple moments in life.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by prioritizing self-care and balance. I focus on staying active, eating well, and taking care of my mental health. Confidence is key. I embrace who I am and do not compare myself to others. I invest in my relationships, keep learning, and stay curious about the world. Most importantly, I live with intention, setting boundaries and doing what makes me feel happy and fulfilled.
What would you do with the $40,000?I’d invest it in personal growth and new experiences. I’d travel to places I’ve always dreamed of visiting. Additionally, I’d use part of it to give back to causes I’m passionate about such as providing a pathway to education and the arts, supporting others and making a meaningful impact in my community.
