Being in my 40s is a wonderful time of life. I've gained self-confidence, wisdom, and a deeper understanding of myself. I have more time to pursue personal passions. I love being over 40 because I've learned to appreciate the simple joys in life. I'm no longer afraid to be myself and express my true feelings. I'm more confident in my abilities and my worth. I've also discovered a newfound appreciation for my body and its capabilities. I'm grateful for the opportunities and experiences.
How do you stay fabulous?To stay fabulous, I prioritize my overall well-being by focusing on stress reduction, exercise, and nutrition. I practice mindfulness techniques to manage stress such as journaling. I also work out regularly, including strength training and cardio exercises. To fuel my body, I focus on whole, unprocessed foods and meal prep to ensure I'm getting the nutrients I need.
What would you do with the $40,000?Since my student loans weren't forgiven, If I won the $40,000, I would like to put most of it towards my student loans balance so I can have a lower balance pay off.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Fab Over 40, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
