What I love most being fab over forty isn’t just about looking good—it’s about staying in tune with ourselves, tending to our spirit as we change with the seasons of life. It’s a journey of honoring where we’ve come from, staying connected to the ones we’ve loved, and giving ourselves the care and grace we deserve. Each new decade brings its own kind of beauty, and it’s one we cultivate every day.
How do you stay fabulous?Staying fab over 40, at 62 is the culmination of years of care, intention, and growth. The way we tend to our spirit directly shapes how we blossom in later years. While exercise and a healthy diet certainly play their part in slowing the aging process, I was inspired by my mother.. She showed me how to nurture not just the body, but also the mind and spirit. Her example taught me that true beauty comes from within, and it’s that holistic care that keeps me feeling vibrant and fabulous!!!
What would you do with the $40,000?As a survivor of breast cancer, I would invest a portion into creating a platform that opens up a much-needed dialogue about the journey of aging with grace, strength, and wisdom. A space for women in their 40s, 50s, and beyond to share insights on how we navigate the changes that come with each season of life. As our bodies and minds shift, especially through the hormonal challenges, it’s vital that we hear from others who’ve walked the path and come through it stronger.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Fab Over 40, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
